We are currently accepting resumes for the following position: Insulation Installers

What You’ll Do
Our installation installers are responsible for installing and replacing insulation in homes and buildings. They are in charge of calculating the quantity and type of insulation material needed for each job, safely disposing of old insulation, and installing or spraying new insulation. No previous experience is required.

Skills Required:

• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team on a variety of tasks
• Ability to handle lifting up to 20kg (50lbs)
• Ability to load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
• Comfortable working in small spaces

Qualifications Required:

• Valid G class driver’s license
• Willing to travel (in a work truck) throughout Southern Ontario
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time management, scheduling, and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Strong attention to detail
